The Space

Enter the living room, where three plush sofas invite you to sprawl out among the cushions. A large bay window overlooks the peaceful residential street where you can sit and watch the cars go by.

 

Continue down the hall to discover a fourth comfy sofa. Behind the couch, a window illuminates the area creating an idyllic reading nook. Pour yourself a beverage from the nearby drinks trolley, and curl up with a riveting novel.

 

Once hunger pangs hit, the bright and airy open-plan kitchen is only steps away. There, you'll find all the essential tools needed for cooking up delicious grub. Gather your crew around the extendable dining table for breakfast and make plans for the day.

 

When you need a breath of fresh air, wander out to the back garden via the patio doors. A rolling shutter door encloses the space, revealing car parking when opened.

 

In the evening, relax with a glass of wine under the stars. It's easy to pop back for refills through the back door that leads to the kitchen. And the downstairs toilet is in a convenient location for when nature calls.

There is a welcome pack included with some essentials from local shops like milk, tea, coffee, Welsh cakes. There is also luxury hand wash on all the sinks, as well as dishwasher tablets and cleaning products in the utility room.

Pets welcome but please note they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
We kindly ask that you take the bins/recycling out at the end of your stay.
We ask our guests for a £300 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.

Fenton House

Superb

House was very welcoming and lovely and cool on a hot weekend. Walking distance to town and sea front was really useful. All in all it was a great w/e celebrating our 50th wedding with 2 sons and their wives.

Excellent location, short walk to the town and sea front. The house was immaculate, high spec. Beds were really comfortable. Great facilities, lovely touches, a lovely welcome pack. Great smart tv, excellent WiFi.

Great house and hosts, great location

The house was in excellent condition with all modern amenities. It was exceptionally clean and had enough space for us . The multiple bathroom /showers was very useful for a mixed group of friends. It’s location was great with only a 7 min walk to the seafront.
