Tŷ Newton Nottage is a spacious and modern family home, close to a variety of local attractions and is definitely the place for your next family weekend break!

Welcome to Tŷ Newton Nottage, where outdoor adventures and family fun await. Nestled between the villages of Newton and Nottage, this spacious home is within walking distance of Porthcawl. Its convenient location on a main road provides easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and activities.

Upon entering the bright and pristine hallway, you’re greeted with a sign that reads “this is our happy place”. This sums up the home’s welcoming atmosphere. Hang your coat and tidy away your shoes in the storage rack to your right, and then make your way over to the living room.

Two roomy sofas allow plenty of space for your crew to spread out and get comfy after a day filled with adventures. In the centre of the room, a stylish accent rug matches a pair of cobalt blue chairs in front of the bay window. Perched next to a decorative fireplace sits a flat-screen tv, for those who love a bit of channel surfing.

Kitchen and Dining Room

Next door, the dining room mimics the beauty of nearby beaches with tones of sand and teal. Share delicious meals or host a fun family game night at the large wooden table.

A fully-equipped and modern kitchen is only steps away. Fuel up with a yummy hot breakfast before heading out for a day of swimming or cycling. A separate area with a fridge and storage unit is the ideal place to keep all your snacks and pantry items.

Bedrooms

Upstairs, three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping options and ample storage. The first bedroom has calming blue walls and a double bed. A corner window illuminates the space, making it bright and cheerful.

In the primary bedroom, an inviting double bed sits next to a bay window overlooking the main road. Enjoy views of the Welsh countryside, and the occasional donkey if you're lucky!

The last bedroom is perfect for younger family members, with bunk beds and a colourful shaggy rug.

Down the hall, a white-tiled modern family bathroom holds a tub and overhead shower. Savour a long, luxurious soak after a day spent exploring the local area. A separate toilet and washbasin across the hall will help avoid any interruptions.

On sunny days, spend a lazy afternoon in the back garden with a picnic or cold beverage. To take your relaxation to a whole new level, why not hire a hot tub for the length of your stay?

Use the housed outdoor toilet to change into your swimsuit in privacy. Afterwards, throw your wet bits into the outdoor washing machine. Around the side of the house, free road parking is available.

A great area for your next family holiday

Of course, a trip to Porthcawl wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the seaside. Newton Beach and Rest Bay Beach are two popular choices that are only a five-minute drive away.
